Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Students' ability to speak and understand Turkish * Their ability to use a smartphone, computer, or tablet at a level sufficient to access AI-supported materials. Exclusion Criteria: * Participation in a program similar to the intervention to be implemented * having a diagnosis of any chronic psychiatric disorder.
