A completed Turkish RCT (NCT07677228) has tested whether the Rocabado exercise programme for myofascial temporomandibular disorder with bruxism produces better outcomes under supervised telerehabilitation compared with home-based practice using printed instructions. With pain intensity and maximum mouth opening as primary endpoints, findings will inform how physiotherapists and orofacial pain clinicians structure exercise delivery — a question of direct relevance to Australian telehealth service design.
