A novel feasibility study (NCT07413874) is now recruiting adults with autoimmune endocrine diseases and comorbid depression to evaluate a telehealth-delivered Resource Oriented Music Therapy programme. The eight-session Zoom-based intervention, led by a board-certified music therapist, aims to refine the protocol and assess feasibility ahead of a future full-scale trial. Clinicians managing patients with Type 1 Diabetes, Hashimoto's, Graves', or Addison's Disease and concurrent depression should be aware of this emerging adjunctive pathway.
