Uppsala University's completed exploratory trial tested two patient-chosen digital interventions — a behavioural activation programme and a forgiveness-based approach — for mild-to-moderate depression and anxiety in primary care. Using a single-case experimental design across 14 participants, the study aims to generate feasibility data critical for scaling low-threshold digital mental health support in primary care settings.
