·clinical-trialsA new randomised controlled trial from Peking University Third Hospital will test whether large language model access and structured LLM-use training can improve clinical decision-making among rural physicians in northwestern China. With 240 participants across four intervention arms, the study represents the first rigorous RCT to examine whether LLM tools translate into measurable gains in clinical reasoning in low-resource primary care settings. Results are anticipated by late 2026.
