A national randomised controlled trial is evaluating #TranscendentHealth, the first purpose-built text messaging sexual health program for transgender and gender-diverse youth assigned female at birth aged 14 to 18. The 467-participant trial addresses a critical gap in adolescent sexual health, where no validated, gender-affirming intervention currently exists for this population.
