A pragmatic RCT launched by National University Hospital Singapore is testing whether monthly mHealth messages — delivered via app or SMS — can significantly improve cancer screening adherence and lifestyle behaviours in 2,000 women aged 50–69. The trial, running until October 2028, addresses persistently low uptake of breast, cervical, and colorectal cancer screening and could establish a scalable digital prevention model for health systems across the Asia-Pacific region.
