NYU Langone Health has opened recruitment for a randomised feasibility pilot study evaluating home-based 60Hz intermittent light therapy — delivered via a wearable headset — as an adjunctive treatment for adults with moderate-to-severe major depressive disorder. The trial will assess session adherence, safety, and preliminary symptom change across a three-week, fully remote protocol in 40 participants.
