A new pilot trial is evaluating the Rauha® Digital Therapeutic Platform (Toivoa-004) as a CBT-based digital intervention for Long COVID patients experiencing anxiety or depression. The 20-participant US feasibility study will assess 12-week engagement rates and early symptom change signals, potentially informing a future randomised trial in this underserved population.
