A new feasibility trial is evaluating the MultiSense® wearable monitoring device as part of a structured post-operative care pathway for patients aged 65 and over following major abdominal and gynaecological surgery. The 80-patient French study aims to determine whether remote physiological surveillance can support safe early discharge in elderly surgical patients.
