·healthtechFDA briefing documents released ahead of a July 2026 advisory committee meeting reiterate that Replimune's single-arm trial data for RP1 is insufficient to establish efficacy in PD-1-refractory skin cancer. This is the company's third regulatory attempt, and approval remains uncertain. Oncologists managing advanced melanoma should review the evidence debate and counsel patients accordingly.
