A completed randomised controlled trial from Taiwan has evaluated a nursing-led communication support program using mobile health technology to improve quality of life in early-stage breast cancer patients undergoing initial chemotherapy. With 80 participants and quality of life measured via the validated EORTC QLQ-C30, the findings are anticipated to inform scalable digital nursing support models relevant to oncology services in Australia and beyond.
