A new educational intervention trial from Zhejiang University is testing whether a full-English orthopaedic nursing curriculum powered by the DeepSeek AI platform can improve professional English proficiency and transcultural nursing competence. The 11-week programme targets practising orthopaedic nurses and measures outcomes including written and oral English proficiency, transcultural self-efficacy, and nurse-patient therapeutic interaction quality. Nursing educators and health workforce leaders should monitor this emerging evidence base as AI-assisted language training enters clinical professional development.
