·clinical-trialsA completed South Korean exploratory trial has evaluated the MEMO Patch™ — a 7-day adhesive ECG monitoring device — against the conventional 24-hour Holter monitor in patients presenting with palpitations and syncope. The study addresses a well-established diagnostic gap: the majority of clinically significant arrhythmias are paroxysmal and frequently missed within standard 24-hour recording windows. Findings from this 60-participant study could inform the evidence base for extended ambulatory ECG monitoring strategies in cardiology practice.
